They offer many services including searching high and low for anything you are looking for; buying as well as selling; and estate liquidations.

Monty Howard loves to laugh. According to Monty, “Sometimes too loud. Sometimes like a hyena from the plains of Africa, but that’s my thing!”    What a great outlook. His reclaimed furniture reflects his joy of life. Most of his furniture is painted white or beautiful current colors, and easy to live with. And you will find a large collection from which to choose.
Monty loves sailing but especially his family. He has two children, Grant 16.5 and Shaun 15 who has a song on iTunes!   Check out Monty’s shop out front on the Veranda. He’s sure to provide you a laugh or two.

Seagrass Rugs   .   Vintage   .   Cool Stuff
“I do not consider what I do a business. It is just a fun hobby that allows me to sell my ‘unexpected finds’ for others to enjoy.”
Karin Melvin started collecting several years ago with her sisters and found they were drawn to anything wood or metal. “As we collect together, we laugh because if there is wood or metal there, we usually buy it,” says Karin. But there is a lot more in Karin’s shop. It’s a joy to stand there and admire her collection of vintage and fun items. You are sure to find a few things you want to make your own.
One thing you will always find in her shop is seagrass rugs, her specialty. The ever popular and durable rugs come in several sizes and color selections. Karin invites you to “come check out the rugs at prices that can’t be beaten!”
Karin is happily married with 2 grown boys and 2 precious granddaughters. Purchases in Karin’s shop go to support her loving grandmotherly splurging of her beloved granddaughters!

If you are looking for a special touch for your front door, artist Margaret Cameron may have just the art you are looking for. Her painted screen doors are an artful touch with a little whimsy to boot. Charlie Daniels liked her doors so much he commissioned her to paint him on his screen door. It looks just like he is standing there!

painted screen doors at Lakewood 400  “Baltimore, MD, was well known for their painted window screens in the 1920’s,” says Margaret. “I thought I’d try my hand and the rest is history.”
Margaret paints custom portraits in oil on canvas. In addition to her paintings and folk art, she also has Vintage Western Ware (clothing and boots) in her shop in Hall H.
Do you want Margaret to paint you standing in your doorway?

Lori Sinatra grew up in LA watching her Mom and learning how to refinish and paint furniture. So her love of rescuing old vintage furniture, refinishing or painting it, comes naturally. You will love the eclectic collection in Lori’s shop whether you are looking for a great table or a striking accessory. What was discarded by one, has been transformed into useful and functional home decor.

You will enjoy meeting both Lori and Steve Sinatra!

Dee Capeletti’s shoppe, Three White Buttons, has a notable French and European flair. You’ll find furniture from English Cottage, Eastern European Primitives and Country French to anything that speaks of a Europe that once was.
“I grew up at the side of my mother’s sewing machine, watching and learning. She was an immensely talented woman who could make something out of nothing, so I suppose my love of sewing comes naturally.” Dee has a passion for rescuing bits and pieces of damaged vintage linens, crochet and trim, and combined with buttons, turning them into lovely pillows and lavender-filled sachets.
If you need custom home decor sewing … pillows, window treatments, slip covers, etc., you need to talk to Dee. She can sew anything!
Dee loves to read and is obsessed with WWII history. Her love of traveling will take her on a return trip to Europe next year where she hopes to find lots of “treasures” from the south of France and Italy for her Lakewood 400 shoppe.
Visit Dee in Hall H 520.
