Does your home decor tell your story?

Storyology-A New Chapter in Home Decor has taken to heart interior designer and author Becky Dietrich’s philosophy, “Great interior design has nothing to do with the amount of money you spend. It has to do with how well your home tells your story. Successful design inspires curiosity and makes your family and guests feel nurtured. It makes them want to say, ‘Because I’ve been here, I feel I know you in a whole new way.'” This is where Storyology comes in.

Turning two antique dolls into the down payment on their first home made a believer out of Jan Agnello’s husband, Steve. He’s now a “Shark Tank” investor in her business! They travel from Florida to California in search of unique treasures to save you money and crack the mold of monotony. She uses traditional Italian restoration and old world techniques to add gold and silver leaf to deserving pieces. She also applies her reupholstering talent to revive pieces with classic or unusual lines. Other conversation pieces include one-of-a-kind lighting, custom folded books, and original artisan plates.

You want to check out this talented Dealer in Hall H 515… Because we all have a story to tell.

If you love a true treasure hunt, Jeff Miller’s shop is for you!

Jeff developed a passion for antiques from his grandmothers and parents where he learned the importance of the past and gained an appreciation of antiques’ simple beauty. He acquired a large collection of McCoy pottery over the years. He didn’t become a dealer until 1994. He sold at historic Lakewood for 6 years and has been at Lakewood 400 for 3 years.
Jeff’s passion is and always has been pottery, porcelain and glassware, but that is a small part of the treasures in his shop today. If you are searching for something unique, you may find it here although you may have to dig a little to uncover it! Fun! You’ll find decoratives both artistic and functional, lamps and chandeliers, linens, mid-century modern … you name it … it’s there, even a old portable fireplace perfect for your holiday setting! He offers “affordable” art (originals and one of a kind). But one thing he enjoys the most is mixing different elements, styles and eras.
Jeff grew up on a farm in Rome. Outside, he seems a quiet man, but inside he feels he should have been a comedian. Just get him talking! He loves gardening, the piano, and music, and refers to Lakewood 400 dealers as his closest friends and family.
Be sure to check out this shop in Hall C. It’s full of treasures!

Keith Gowins comes from Ohio loaded down with a ton of architectural salvage and accessories. Among this, great lighting and globes of every size and shape! You’ll find antique doors and columns and a wide assortment of very unique collectibles.
But Keith’s passion and primary business is antique fireplace accessories … andirons, tools, screens, grates and more.
Keith started antiquing at the tender age of 16 and progressed from collector to dealer. He left the corporate world of business management behind in 1988 and has been a full time dealer ever since.
You’ll enjoy meeting this knowledgeable dealer out front on the Veranda, first booth as you come in. And if you have been searching for that one unique piece, he probably either has it or knows where to get it!
