Revival356 February 14, 2012

Revival356 began out of the passions of two great friend’s love for the things others would walk past … all things rusted, dust-covered and broken down.  Vikki Fraker and Jennifer Adams find joy and fulfillment in resurrecting the lost souls of old houses, chicken houses and salvage yards and making them shine in all new ways.  Their conviction becomes visible regularly in their work.  They are motivated by the character and charm of weathered, dilapidated and otherwise tattered relics of yesteryear and enjoy the challenge of giving these items new life.  Whether it comes out in their jute covered “lamp-liers” hanging from worn out chains or a multi dimensional, one of a kind frame composed of salvaged bead board, antique door knobs, vintage textiles and old piano style door hinges, each one of their items offer a small glimpse into each of their souls.

Vikki enjoys customizing a frame with a customer’s family heirloom, memento or their special salvage piece.

Jennifer and Vikki, and Vikki’s mom, Sue Scaffe, enjoy Lakewood 400 and the relationships they have built with fellow G hall mates.  Jennifer adds, “The fried bologna sandwiches at the cafe are pretty awesome too!”
